I’ve been inspired to try some more creative cupcakes lately. My first experiment was with s’more cupcakes, and I was so excited about the results! I will caution that full fat graham cracker crumbs work much better than cutting that fat, and I’m afraid my melted-marshmallow topping fell flat for my family (in spite of toasting them).
I try to use fair trade chocolate and cocoa products whenever and wherever possible. I find the taste is much more intense.
